In compliance with the GLBA and the laws of Oregon, this section notifies you of the privacy policies and practices of Agape Home Mortgage, Inc.

Agape Home Mortgage is committed to providing you with financial products and services to meet your needs and to help you reach your financial goals. Protecting the privacy and security of your personal information and ensuring the accuracy of such information is one of our top priorities. Agape Home Mortgage does not sell any of your personal information to nonaffiliated third parties. However, we may disclose that information, as provided below. While Agape Home Mortgage may offer products or services on behalf of outside companies, Agape Home Mortgage controls the information used to make those offers. A.Information That We Collect About You.

We collect and maintain your information to serve you and administer your business relationship with Agape Home Mortgage. Specifically, we collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

Information we receive from you on applications or other forms received verbally, electronically, or in writing, including information such as social security numbers, addresses, e‐mail addresses, income, assets and debt. These forms include the Uniform Residential Loan Application that you may have completed as part of the loan process.

Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, including information we receive from an outside company, such as a credit bureau providing your credit history, credit score or employment verification.

Information created as a result of your being a customer of Agape Home Mortgage.

Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, including information about your transactions or experiences, such as mortgages, insurance contracts issued to you, brokerage accounts or relationships you have, or loan or deposit balance histories.

Information received from other sources to verify the information that you provide on an application form. This may be obtained from your current or past employers, or from other institutions where you have conducted financial transactions in the past.

B.Information Use and Disclosure within the Agape Home Mortgage Family.

We may disclose all of the information that we collect, as described above, within Agape Home Mortgage for a variety of reasons, including the following:

To protect the security of your account or business relationship. For example, we use your personal information for identification purposes, to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your accounts or records with us.

To conduct our business in a safe and sound manner. For example, we use information gathered in loan applications to insure that we underwrite loans in a prudent manner consistent with the requirements of lending and broker regulations.

To satisfy legal requirements. For example, we use your social security number for federal income tax reporting purposes.

To other companies as necessary to process your business. For example, we transmit your application information to the company that performs your appraisal. Third parties in this category are prohibited by agreement from using information about you except for the narrow purpose for which we gave it to them.

To companies who perform marketing services on our behalf or with whom we have joint marketing agreements. A company performing marketing services on our behalf would include, for example, a company that assists in a broad mailing of materials advertising our products or services. A joint marketing agreement is one where another financial institution offers a product or service jointly with us. These companies, like those in the previous category, must limit their use of the information to the purpose for which it was provided.

To other companies as necessary to process your business. For example, we transmit your application information to the company that performs your appraisal. Third parties in this category are prohibited by agreement from using information about you except for the narrow purpose for which we gave it to them.

To Realtors and Relocation Agents. To expedite processing, information on your loan’s progress may be shared with your Realtor or Relocation Specialist.

To other companies who purchase or service your mortgage. For example, if we transfer the servicing rights of your mortgage loan, we provide your file, including your loan application, credit report, and other loan documents, to the loan purchaser or servicer. Loan applicants are notified of this practice when applying for a loan from us.

As authorized by you. You may direct us, for example, to send your application information to a third party.

Where otherwise required by law or regulation. Examples include responses to a subpoena, court order or regulatory demand. Also, because of the nature of its industry, Agape Home Mortgage is subject to numerous state and federal regulations, and is particularly subject to state and federal audits. Agape Home Mortgage will share your information as required by those governmental agencies, and also periodically may share your information with private quality control and assessment agencies in order to assure compliance with the state and federal agencies. However, those private companies will be contractually precluded from sharing any personally identifiable information with other third parties.
