With 30 years of experience and thousands of closed transactions, there are very few lending situations I haven’t faced with customers and overcome. After 5 years of mortgage lending, I opened Agape Home Mortgage in 1991. Agape grew to over 50 employees by 2003 and was one of the leading mortgage brokers in Oregon. In 2011, I took a break from Agape and went to work for a local bank. By late 2013, I decided it was time again to re-open Agape and do what I do best; broker residential home mortgages. With Agape, I am able to offer diversity to my customers.

With over 14 years of experience and hundreds of closed transactions to his credit, there are very few lending situations that David hasn’t already faced with customers and overcome. For the past 22 years David has been active in the real estate business. In addition to being a senior mortgage specialist, he is a property owner and manager, remodeler, builder, and instructor. He has taught first-time home buyer and real estate investment classes – both publicly and privately – for many years. David also supports his community by volunteering at organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Compassion Connect Clinics, Western Youth Development, Parry Center for Children, Boys and Girls Club, Oregon Council of the Blind, Centennial Little League, and Teens Fighting Hunger. As the recipient of the FIVE STAR Mortgage Professional Award in 2011, David distinguished himself being among the top seven percent of the mortgage professionals in the Portland/ Tri-County area to have been chosen as a FIVE STAR Mortgage Professional through a rigorous research process that measures overall satisfaction. Kevin has been doing mortgages since 1988, and has been through the good the bad and super ugly real-estate markets. He was a financial advisor for 10 years, during the time he did mortgages, and is very knowledgeable on how to use a mortgage as a financial planning tool. Kevin has a B.S in Business, Marketing, an A.S. in accounting, and is short 10hrs for a Masters of Education.

Kevin started in the finance company showing people how to get out of debt even by using high interest loans, he quickly moved into wholesale mortgage broker, and then moved into big retail bank mortgage lending. He came back to the wholesale mortgage broker side because it gives him the ability to shop for the best solution for his clients. Kevin spent 5 years of his career teaching financial advisors how a mortgage could be beneficial to clients financial planning goals.

Kevin has been married since 1993 and has 3 grown children and a grandson. He is active in his church and is a proud father of 3 Eagle Scouts. He has extensive knowledge in rehab loans, reverse mortgages for seniors, FHA, VA, and traditional mortgage programs. Kevin enjoys working with first time buyers and educating them on how the different programs affect the payment not the rate. He also does a lot of refinances and reverse mortgages. Kevin always puts his client’s needs first and foremost and figures how to get the loan that his clients will benefit from.
